What information is needed for a custom rack?
Send component drawings or photos, weight, parts per rack, external size limits, stacking arrangement, handling method and total rack quantity.
How is load capacity determined?
Capacity is assessed for each project using component weight, support points, stacking height and operating conditions. A catalogue image alone is not a load rating.
Can enquiries cover prototypes and batch production?
Prototype scope, acceptance criteria and production quantities can be reviewed together. Sample approval and delivery schedules are defined in the order requirements.
